The Ravenous form of Volks. Also one of the few cards that completely changes Skill Type upon Awakening.
Before awakening, Ravenous Volks is a decent, if mediocre Fire-elemental attacker. Great in the early game and relatively easy to Skill Up during The Dragon's Den event in which you get him, but pales in comparison to the GOD-rarity Fire-elemental cards available.
Fortunately, Awakening gives Ravenous Volks some much-needed relevancy by changing his Skill Type to Bite, granting him a strong Fire-elemental Bite attack that also grants a significant ATK boost (+2). On top of that, Ravenous Volks also got some pretty high Attack to go with it (1603), but with 4 Orb Slots available, you can send his Attack flying even higher (well over 1800 with proper ATK Orbs). As such, it makes Ravenous Volks a very strong Red Bite card that's capable of dealing out some very serious damage. Also helping things is Ravenous Volks' Awakening Skill which grants an additional 15% Skill Boost if somebody puts down a Red card in the played hand.
Sub-wise, Ravenous Volks is a little lacking. While a 35% Damage Boost is pretty nice, considering it requires a Red Main Card and a Blue target makes it somewhat undesirable. A Red card isn't going to be doing a lot of damage against a Blue card in the first place, and trying to match it on Skill Icon is an even worse idea. Awakening makes it a little bit better, granting a straight 20% Damage Boost if the Main Card is Red, but still retains the 35% boost vs Blue targets.
That said, Ravenous Volks still has some issues. While Awakening makes him quite usable, the required materials for Awakening can be a pain to get (it doesn't help that you need two(!) DRA Rings) and even at Max Level, Awakened Ravenous Volks comes up a little short stat-wise compared to most 30-cost cards. (This is semi-mitigated by Orbs; but worth noting nonetheless.) And in spite of Ravenous Volks' massive Attack potential, his Defense is quite low.
Base Power is 1.2x, 50% Chance for an additional Fire-elemental attack (0.7x)

Grants 35% Damage Boost against Blue targets when the Main Card is Red. It's a pretty nice boost, but Fire cards deal less damage to Water cards.
