Vermillion's Main Skill is pretty similar to TS808 and Cronos type-0's. Vermillion will first perform a Strong Fire attack that break Shields and then allow you to pick one subcard attached to it and use that subcard's Main Skill. This means that Vermillion can be used to carry a variety of cards to fit whatever situation you may find yourself in (and better yet, the activated Sub Cards don't take played Enhance cards).
As such, Vermillion offers some interesting utility. You can freely choose which subcard you want to activate after Vermillion has been played. This displays over your available cards after Vermillion is played. Something to note is that this doesn't work with all cards. (For example, it doesn't work with Enhance cards unless somebody else activates a subcard using another TS808 or similar card.) Also, while the Skills activated appear to operate at the subcard's actual Skill Level, they will also be operating without any Sub Skills. Because of this, it may be worth using cards that don't rely much on additional Skill Boosts or other effects such as Support Cards. Additionally, the Skill activates post-hand, after everything else in the hand has gone off.
A strong Sub for any Robot Attack card, Vermillion grants a 35% Skill Boost and +1 to all Stats! This means he can be put to good use on any Robot Attacker that you may have.
