The Dark Eternal Night!
Now in lime flavoring, Yomi returns to serve your needs in green sword- and does so very well, having an excessively powerful status-effect along with her usual ability to lay down the hurt. Her attack is however, reduced for a more defensive status-build, and like her original flavor counterpart, she has the same fusion and may fuse a lot due to their prevelance in colosseum.
Moriyomi is basically Yomi with blind attached and holy hell does it make hell of a lot of difference. Blind is EXCESSIVELY debilatating in both PVE (when applicable, which is mostly normals) and PVP. While her rate is understandably much lower than other status-effects on three-hits, it comes out at full rate at Sl5. Which Moriyomi stats at, along with level 90, because she's special.
Most notably, Moriyomi is a promotional card with the Dragon Poker artbook, and is only obtainable throught the code included with it. She comes with a shit load of shinies as well, and comes out ready to play.
Her subskill is mostly useless, but she's a fantastic main card and easy to obtain- making her a valuable, if very limited edition card.
While coming off of low-attacking stats, and with a somewhat unimpressive rate to blind- Much like Original Flavor Yomi, Moriyomi should not be underestimated. Blind is excessively painful, and chances are she'll blind atleast one person. In an AOE she may blind the entire team, assuming she doesn't murder everyone.
Notably, the blind rate does not rise past Sl5, so if you do not mind looking like a scrub and your Moriyomi doing sub-par damage, you may be fine fielding a Sl5 for your blinds.
Being only applicable on one card completely murders this sub-skill, especially since you would rather play Moriyomi as a main-card over Original Flavor- and the main effect, the status-clear, is obtainable from another card (if also an event).
Still, it's a small damage boost and a status-clear in one sub-skill, so if you're attached to your Original Flavor or want to run different green cards for an event, it's a solid subskill.
