Former attacker queen of the colosseum, Yomi is a card that seems like she's had her days slightly gone past. With now unimpressive attacking stats, and a rather common attacking base with no frills to it, Yomi doesn't have a lot to offer with cards like the magnificent sheep around. However, underestimating Yomi is a sign for trouble- Below average is not a hard goal to meet, and Yomi's stats are still high enough to deal enough damage to KO you. Coincidentally, she is still basically the best of her color/skill icon combination, boasting consistency over the only stronger attacker.

Yomi's only real problem is that alternatives with shiny add-ons exist- While her subskill is very mediocre, blind is an excessively strong status effect and even some of the best will crumble before it. Her fusion, while clashing with the premier green sword card (Herself, in lime flavoring), is similarly saved by this- near 100% aoe blind is utterly terrifying, the only problem is unlike Belph, it only theoretically shuts down 1 hand, and that is also if the opponent can not defeat blind.

Despite being a bit old hand, Yomi is still a very strong attacker and capable of dealing damage with the rest- She'll take you out if you give her a chance to, make no mistakes.

Awakening breathes new life into Tsukuyomi giving her a much-needed stat boost and a pretty nice Awakening Skill, giving you a good chance on Skill Activation to cure Status Effects. Her sub skill also got a nice boost as well, granting a 35% Skill Boost against Blinded targets now. Unfortunately, Yomi's Main Skill got no changes, but she's considerably stronger across the board now, making her more competitive (if not more powerful) than some of the other Blue Slash cards that come since like Lucifer and Kasumi.

Main Skill

DMG 0.75× 0.80× 0.85× 0.92× 1.0× 1.1× 1.2×

Simple and no frills, eat a face full of sword damage. Again, lower damage than the standard these days- but in a slightly uncontested area and still with acceptable statistics, 1400 still stands okay, and is perfectly capable of KOing when given a chance. As opposed to Beryl, Yomi boasts consistency- if no additional effect like Beryl's life drain.

While I keep saying there is no additional effects to her skill, there is one (Unlike Red), Yomi's skill bypasses shield effects, such as counter and damage reduction- notably, bypasses, does not remove like Meiling and Susanoo. This is somewhat situational, but handy if you are facing a particularly painful boss with a shield effect- and custom built to step all over Amaterasu.

Sub Skill

While the chance to proc seems to be very low, (20%?), the ability to blind the foe is admittedly a very nice perk, as blind is incredibly painful to deal with, especially if you've not been counting your cards. This also comes off of Yomi's Sl7 icon and GOD levels, making her a very nice stat-stick too. This is best used for Colosseum, or perhaps when running normals for levels, as normal monsters are generally able to be blinded.

Similar to before, but now with the added perk of a 35% Skill Boost against Blinded targets.

Awakening Skill

Tsukuyomi's Awakening Skill is pretty awesome. An 80% chance to recover from Status Effects on Skill Activation is amazingly helpful.
It might not work every so often, but barring other recovery methods, it's quite nice to have.

Something else worth noting is the Status Cleanse can also overwrite sub cards that self-inflict Status Effects.
For example, if you have Gashadokuro subbed, it'll prevent the self-inflicted Zombification if the Status Cleanse activates.
