A rather curious card, Tick Tock Man seems similar to Harpy but with more focused attacks. Though interestingly enough, this makes him an effective card in his own Event. If you manage to have a number of Eldritch Subs, Tick Tock Man's Skill gets a nice boost, but suitable Eldritch subs are pretty sparse. Still, if you're lacking any cards that can inflict Confusion, Tick Tock Man's pretty decent though inferior to the various GOD cards around that can do the same thing and more.
Sub Skill
A very good Sub for any Robot Attack Card. Tick Tock Man grants an unconditional 30% Skill Boost, but you have a 50% chance to get a 40% Skill Boost instead and Steal +1 ATK from the target. While he's unfortunately limited to just Robot Attack Cards, Tick Tock Man is a useful Sub nonetheless.

Trivia
The Tick Tock Man originates from the science fiction short story "'Repent, Harlequin!' Said the Ticktockman" by American writer Harlan Ellison. It is said that the Tick Tock Man is one of the various avatars of Nyarlathotep that would manifest as a complex machine, most commonly found in technologically advanced races, or at times when science begins to supersede religion. It can manifest itself from something as mundane as a complex carriage clock to an extremely advanced artificial intelligence.
