There's not a lot to say about Temperance's Skill; she makes a card's Skill affect all targets. For Skills that already have inherent AoE effects, she just gives an extra Skill Boost. If there's a Red & Blue card in the played hand though, Temperance gets a nice Skill Boost and it increases further if 2 Red & Blue cards are in the played hand! That said, Temperance tends to shine in Dungeons where you have to deal with multiple foes (typically for dealing with recurring Boss Minions), as well as Colosseum and Duel Match.
In more recent days, she's also having to compete with Snow White. But there are few differences between them, with Temperance having higher stats and a higher potential boost, with Snow White having a more passive boost and a useful Awakening Skill.
A useful Damage Reduction Sub, Temperance grants 15% Damage Reduction and Heals for 8% HP on Skill Activation.
But for every 30% HP lost, Temperance Heals an additional +2% HP. (Meaning the max Heal will be ~14% HP if you're critically low on HP.)
[Temperance] (XIV) is the fourteenth trump or Major Arcana card in most traditional Tarot decks. It is used in game playing as well as in divination.
