Grants a 12% Skill Boost to any Shield card. While it's decent, that's about all it is.
On top of that, most Shield cards don't benefit too much from Skill Boosts (save for ones with Counters or Stat Boosts). It's worth noting this works on cards that have Shield effects as well, not just straight Shield cards.
Stingray X gets a little improvement on his Sub with Awakening. The Skill Boost increases to 20% and if you manage a Straight+, then you get +1 DEF.
As mentioned previously, most Shield cards don't benefit too much from Skill Boosts, but the ones that do will greatly benefit from Stingray X. It's worth noting this works on other cards that have Shield effects as well (like Alice or Franken), not just straight Shield cards.
