Being only applicable on one card completely murders this sub-skill, especially since you would rather play Moriyomi as a main-card over Original Flavor- and the main effect, the status-clear, is obtainable from another card (if also an event).
Still, it's a small damage boost and a status-clear in one sub-skill, so if you're attached to your Original Flavor or want to run different green cards for an event, it's a solid subskill.
