- If target is Paralyzed, Skeggjold's attacks are guaranteed to hit.
Skeggjold is somewhat interesting. She starts out with high multipliers and great chances of inflicting Paralysis on foes. But her gimmick is that her Skill and Paralysis Chance are greater the more HP the target has. That means in more extended fights, Skeggjold will get slowly get weaker as the fight drags on. That said, even at her lowest, Skeggjold still has a 1.6x multiplier which isn't bad for a 2x attacker. Another interesting gimmick is that if Skeggjold manages to Paralyze a foe (or they're already Paralyzed), her attacks can't miss her target. It can be quite handy if your AGI is low or the foe's AGI is much higher.
A good Attack Sub for any Green Attack card. Skeggjold grants a 35% Skill Boost to any Green Attack on Straight+.
But she's also got a pretty neat secondary effect: If your target has a higher ATK than you, then your attacks are guaranteed to hit!
Needless to say, this can be put to fun use on cards like Percy and Vermouth.
Skeggjold (also known as Skeggöld or Skeggjöld) is a Valkryie whose name means literally "beard-age" referring to bearded axes, thus axe-age.
