- Sleeping Targets take 1.1x Increased Damage
Much like Rinne, Sink & Karula's attacks are Non-Elemental, so while their attacks won't be deterred by elemental resistances, they can't take advantage of elemental weaknesses either. The pair do have two ways of increasing their Skill Power though. The first is having Undead cards subbed; for every Undead sub, their Skill Power increases. (Though the tricky part obviously is having Undead cards you can actually use as viable subs, as there aren't too many.)
The second way is attacking Sleeping targets; when Sink & Karula's target is Asleep, their Skill Power increases even more. Combined with having Undead Sub Cards, and you can increase Sink & Karula's Skill Power to pretty high levels. Of course, on top of that, they also have a chance to inflict Sleep on foes. So Sink & Karula can be fairly powerful, but they definitely require a bit of setup to reach maximum effectiveness.
A great Sub for Undead cards that can take advantage of it like Rinne or Sink & Karula themselves. If you happen to have two more Undead Cards subbed, the Skill Boost jumps to 38%! But given how it's a pretty minor increase, don't worry too much about trying to meet that condition.
