Seere is fairly similar to Deus Ex Machina at first glance, with a 5x Stab attack that only has 50% Accuracy. However, the differences really end there as Seere comes off looking pretty bad to a number of Cards. Seere has two main gimmicks; the first is that he can inflict Taunt on foes and should he successfully do so, his attacks become Water-imbued. This can potentially make Seere quite strong...assuming all his attacks actually hit. Secondly, the more Demon Subs you have on Seere, the more Accuracy his attacks gain. However, the major problem with this is that most Demon Subs are weaker than your typical Attack Subs. So it really doesn't help Seere out a whole lot, trading in power for accuracy.
As for other issues, Seere looks pretty awful when other Blue Stab cards that have come before him (notably Patricia, Hercules and Death) perform more favorably. Seere might be good for Colosseum or Taunt-weak foes, but is pretty iffy beyond that. AGI Buffs and an Accuracy Orb can help curb the Accuracy issue, but only so much.
As with typical Demon Subs, they often come off a bit weaker than usual Attack Subs (though often with the perk they can be put to good use on Demon Support Cards).
Seere is no exception to this, as while he makes a good Sub for himself and other cards that take advantage of Demon Subs, that's about it.
Even then, 20% is awfully low for an Attack Card and while it can reach up to 35%, you have to be near-death to fully utilize it.
Seir (also known as Seire, [Seere], or Sear) is a Prince of Hell with 26 legions of demons under his command. He can go to any place on earth in a matter of seconds to accomplish the will of the conjurer, bring abundance, help in finding hidden treasures or in robbery, and is not a demon of evil but good nature, being mostly indifferent to evilness. He is depicted as a man riding a winged horse, and is said to be beautiful.
