- When you target a single foe and they have an active Shield effect, this Skill will NOT break Shields but will inflict 1.5x Damage UP effect instead.
An interesting Anti-Shield Debuffer, Sandalphon brings some options to the table. By default, she simply breaks all targets' Shields and decreases their ATK/AGI. If you manage to break a Shield, then you Debuff all of their Stats! But if the enemy has an Unbreakable Shield, then you can choose to target that foe, and Sandalphon will apply Damage UP instead of trying to break the Shield. (Or you can just apply Damage UP anyways as long as the target has a Shield and Overwrite Disabled isn't on it.
