Part of the Elemental Mech series.
Qued is a Wood-elemental attacker with the unfortunate luck of just not being all that great. His Main Skill is actually fine; a 3x Strong Wood attack with a high chance to inflict Paralysis. But unlike say, Volklingen, Qued got cursed with an awful Stat distribution, granting him high HP and subpar Defense, but absolutely awful Attack, not even breaking 1200.
That said, Qued can be useful for Events where Paralysis is a must (especially if it's a Water-element enemy). Beyond that, Qued's usefulness is fairly limited, as other Green attackers will very likely outdamage him in almost all other situations.

(Target not Paralyzed)
Qued finally get a long-needed Awakening and evolves to "Gran Qued", becoming a gigantic Fortress City in the process. Of course, he gets the usual Stat Boost, putting him up to par with most regular Elemental attackers and some changes to his Skill. Much like before, Qued still retains his 3x Strong Wood attack with very high chances of Paralysis, but now he can deal more damage against Paralyzed targets and almost guarantee that a target will get Paralyzed (if they can).
As such, Qued is much more viable than before, especially once you factor in his Orb Slots (which you'll probably want ATK Orbs...particularly the rare 3-Slot +300 ATK Orbs if you have them). It also helps that his Awakening Skill gives him an extra 15% Skill Boost as long as there's one other Green card in the played hand. While he won't be pumping out firepower with the likes of Bivouac and Wind Tiger, Qued's no longer trash like he was before.
In short, it's awful. While it may be decent for other Wood cards, it's rather subpar compared to straight-up Skill Boosts. And it's basically unusable on-icon, as you definitely don't want a Wood-elemental card attacking another Wood card.
Awakening dumps the awful Sub from before and makes Qued a great Sub for any Wood Skill cards in your deck. Even better, if you're attacking a Non-Red target (like you should be), you get +5% Boost to the Minimum Skill Boost, making him a 35-40% Skill Boost!
Need more power? Qued gets an extra 15% Skill Boost just for having 1 other Green Card in the played hand (that isn't yours). It certainly helps given Qued's Stats.
- Qued's name is a reference to the German town of Quedlinburg, whose castle bears a great resemblance to Qued's design.
