Another of the new 35 Cost cards, the Policeman is a very interesting Red Hit card that's very effective against foes vulnerable to Sleep. His main gimmicks all revolve around putting enemies to Sleep and letting him deal more damage to foes not too dissimilar from Succubus (New Year). First off, if you manage to inflict Sleep on a foe, Policeman imbues his attacks with Fire and has a chance to Steal +1 ATK/DEF. What's more, he can also inflict Deep Sleep, allowing him to deal 2x damage (on top of the elemental imbue)! Needless to say, Policeman can deal a lot of damage if going up against enemies that can actually be put to Sleep. It also helps that his attacks cannot miss, meaning Accuracy is never a problem.
Pretty similar to Iris's Sub Skill, but just for Hit cards. And given how there's a ton of Hit Sub Cards, fulfilling the conditions shouldn't be terribly difficult.
