Nadja is an interesting card. First off, Nadja only does a 1x AoE Claw attack with a chance to Poison. It's not terribly impressive given her Stats and only really sees significant use in Colosseum (if that). From SL6 onwards, Nadja can execute an additional Claw attack against Poisoned foes. It's only about as strong as her normal attack but it can't be boosted much.
Fortunately, Awakening improves greatly on Nadja. As before, Nadja retains her AoE Claw attack, but if you target a single foe, she executes a 4x Claw attack instead (basically, she's a bit like Orpheus). As such, this makes her a much better Attacker than before. While Nadja does lose the extra Claw attack against Poisoned foes, her Poison gets a very nice boost. When Nadja Poisons a foe, she has a chance to inflict Strong Poison instead; this is basically on par with Hydra's Strong Poison, making her very strong against Poison-weak foes.
Grants 35% Damage Boost when Poisoned. Offers a substantial Damage Boost, but requires you to be Poisoned.
That said, not too many enemies inflict Poison. As such, Nadja is a highly situational sub; she won't likely see much use.
Awakening significantly improves on Nadja by turning into a good Claw Sub.
She grants 35% Skill Boost on Straight+ to any Claw card, but if you are Poisoned, Nadja grants a 35-40% Skill Boost instead.
The extra boost from being Poisoned is pretty much a bonus.
