As mentioned above, Miyazuhime is practically a better Kukurihime. Whereas Kukurihime has to use her Skill several times to get better Heals/Shields, Miyazuhime has high scaling Healing right off the bat and can apply 3-5 ticks of Status Reflect Shields. While Kukurihime can have more consistent Shield Ticks and can clear Status Effects prior to the Heal, Miyazuhime has much better Healing and if that wasn't enough, if Damage UP Shields are present, then they get replaced with a 6-tick Status Reflect Shield!
That said, in most situations, Miyazuhime is likely to win out. But in cases where Zombify or a need for more consistent Shield Ticks are need, Kukurihime would likely be more helpful. That said, Miyazuhime is a very good Green Heal card to have around.
