Overall, Mini Ifrina is essentially a slightly inferior version of Ifrina (albeit with a better sub ability).

Sub Skill
An excellent sub for any Red card. For non-attacker cards, it grants a nice 20% Skill Boost.
But for attackers, it grants a 35% Skill Boost. As such, Mini Ifrina works very well for any Red card you decide to put her on.
