A powerful Debuffer, Medea is first Debuff card capable of lowering ALL of an enemy's stats. But if she wasn't strong enough already, Medea's Debuff also grows stronger the less HP you have, making it quite powerful if you're low on HP. Probably even more astounding is that Medea doesn't really have any major drawbacks to her Main Skill. While her Debuff Strength is lower than that of your typical Debuff card (above 75% HP), this can be easily made up with extra Skill Boosts.
Unfortunately, the same can't quite be said of her Sub Skill. While Medea offers a powerful 25% Skill Boost to any Debuff Card, it also does 15% recoil damage. As such, it can be quite dangerous to use in higher-level dungeons. Stat-wise, Medea has excellent HP and Defense, with some middling Attack. Overall, Medea is an amazing Main Card but a bit of an iffy sub. But as with the other 35-cost cards, consider yourself lucky if you nab her.

- The HP condition is based on your current HP% at the start of the turn when the hand is made.
Above 75% HP, Medea is weaker than your typical Debuff card. But with at least a 34% Skill Boost (best achieved with a 15% and 20% Skill Boost), Medea can inflict at least a -3 Debuff. Once you start getting lower on HP though, Medea's Debuff can become quite powerful. However, a flaw of Medea is that she's often too strong against certain Event bosses, many of who often have Debuff Counters that wipe or even reverse their Debuffs should their Stats reach a certain point.
Medea offers a powerful 25% Skill Boost to any card with a Debuff Skill.
However, this comes at cost as it will also inflict 15% recoil damage when the Skill activates.
As such, you'll want to exercise some caution using Medea as a sub in higher-difficulty dungeons.
In Greek mythology, Medea is a sorceress who was the daughter of King Aeëtes of Colchis, niece of Circe, granddaughter of the sun god Helios, and later wife to the hero Jason, with whom she had two children, Mermeros and Pheres.
