- 50% Chance to steal +1 ATK from target.
- If you have +5 ATK, 50% chance to imbue attacks with the element the target is weakest to (1.75x Elem Mod).
Karula's gimmick revolves around boosting her ATK. You have 50% chance of stealing +1 ATK from an enemy you hit, and once you hit +5 ATK, you have a 50% chance to imbue your attacks with element the enemy is weakest to. As such, this can make Karula a very powerful Green Bite card, especially combined with her high Attack. Of course, you actually have to keep your ATK up for Karula to be at her best. Otherwise, she's basically a normal 2x attacker that can possibly steal ATK from foes.
A rather curious Sub Skill, Karula has a 2-in-1 Skill Boost + Debuff. When the Main Card has a Bite Skill, Karula a grants 30% Skill Boost and 33% chance to reduce the target's ATK by 1. But for every -1 ATK the target has, she grants an additional +2% Skill Boost on top of that! That said, Karula makes a pretty good sub for any Bite card, and you don't have to worry about hand conditions to boot.
