One of the strongest Power-Up Enhancers we've seen yet, Iron Monkey is quite literally a better Demeter. She starts out with a high 2.50x Multiplier and it gets even higher as your HP falls, reaching up to 2.90x below 20% HP. However, if you happen to be linking any of the Kungfu-type Cards, then Iron Monkey's Skill Power increases even further! That said, she's a very strong Power-Up Enhancer and a good fit for any Deck.
