Iroha has a pretty cool Skill. It first clears all Status Effects from the Party, then applies 2-4x Status Reflect Shields to the Party. However, depending on the rest of the played cards in the hand, she can also apply additional effects. Red Cards will apply a ATK Buff, Blue Cards will Heal the Party, and Green Cards will apply a DEF Buff. The more of a color that is played, the more potent the Buff or Heals.
Much like Zashiki or High Priestess, Iroha will be a very useful card to utilize.
Sub Skill
A bit of an interesting Sub Skill that only works for Shield Cards. It grants a 33% chance to give a 1.1x Skill Boost (This also prevents linking with Enhance Cards.) While it does seem a bit on the weak side, it does directly boost the chances of a Shield applying (similar to a Power-Up Enhance), making it a pretty neat Sub for Shield cards. As with most Subs that prevent linking with Enhance Cards, you'll want to stack similar Subs to maximize the chances of them activating.
