Harlock, much like Takemikazuchi and Thor, is a Green Hit card that specializes in Paralysis. However, Harlock is just a 2x Attacker with some extra Hit attacks tacked on. However, if a target is Paralyzed, Harlock's attacks become Wood-imbued, allowing him to deal extra damage to Water foes.
However, compared to the bevy of Green Hit cards already available, Harlock comes across as just average, especially with the surge of 4x attackers as of late. Of course, if he manages to Paralyze a Blue foe, then Harlock can deal some major damage. Another issue is that his extra attacks don't scale very well, making them near-useless against high-level bosses (though they may be more useful in Colo/DM).
Sub Skill
Basically the Green version of Tripitaka's Sub; A useful Damage Reduction Sub. When the Main Card is A and Green, Harlock grants 15% Damage Reduction. But on Straight+, he also grants a 25% Skill Boost (Though this increases to 35% Skill Boost instead if your Main Card is an Attack card.) As such, this makes Harlock a pretty handy 2-in-1 Damage Reduction and Skill Boost sub, though you are restricted to Green cards only on your Ace.
