Girim at first glance seems similar to Pisces or Capricorn, inflicting Debuffs with a Status Effect. However, Girim ends up being a quite strong Red Debuffer. Given that his competition (Norn and Libra) have their goofy quirks, Girim is thankfully much like your standard Debuffer. But of course with his 34-Cost, his Debuff ends up being a bit stronger than normal, already able to inflict -2 ATK/DEF without any Skill Boosts at SL7.
On top of that, Girim also has a nasty Status Effect: Taunt. While it may not always be effective in Dungeons, it can be a terror in Colosseum. And if the enemy is already Taunted, then Girim's Debuff Chance goes up! Needless to say, Girim is a very useful card to have!
On top of being a useful Main Card, Girim also has a fantastic Sub Skill! If your Main Card is Red and has an Attack Skill, then Girim offers a powerful 35% Skill Boost on Straight+.
But on top of that, Girim also has a 20% chance to inflict Taunt to all foes! However, the chances of infliction are quite low, so it's best to treat it as just a bonus effect.
