Basically Owadatsumi in Green flavoring. The Eleven Archer can activate a card's Skill 4x! While this does sound impressive, her base Skill Power does start off lower than normal (0.75x), but thanks to her gimmick, it can increase based on your HP. As your HP decreases, the Eleven Archer matches some of the other strong Multiply Cards like Seimei or Amaterasu (Sunbathing). Unlike the aforementioned cards though, Eleven Archer doesn't have to bother with extra conditions for her 4x Multiply. That said, her gimmick makes her really only useful for Colo/DM and Bosses that can greatly wipe away your HP.
