Obtained from The Monstrosity That Dwells In The Darkness Event Dungeon.
By default, Eibon's Main Skill does 2x Wood-elemental attacks to the target.
However, when equipped with the appropriate Book of Eibon, Eibon's Main Skill changes to an Enhance Skill. (First slotted takes priority.)
The interesting thing about Eibon when used like this is that his subs can be Attack-type and still increase his Enhance Skill power.
For example, if you have two Wind Tigers subbed on Eibon alongside a Book of Eibon, the Wind Tigers will directly contribute to increasing the power of Eibon's Enhance Skill.
This can make Eibon fairly powerful and quite useful if you've got the proper subs for him or lacking in Enhance cards.
Something else important to note is that you cannot activate SGW using Eibon as an Enhance card.
Works similar to Vesty and Dagon, but for Green cards. When the Main Card is Green, it grants a 10% Skill Boost and +1 AGI on Skill Activation.
Of course, the kicker is that for every +1 AGI, you get an additional +3% Skill Boost on top of the existing 10%. This means you can reach a max 25% Skill Boost total.
Something else worth noting is that the AGI buff can spread to the party if the Main Card's skill has inherent AoE effects (like Dryad for example).
Eibon is a character from H. P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos. Eibon first appeared in Clark Ashton Smith's Hyperborea stories and referenced repeatedly in Lovecraft's own stories.
