Strategy

The bosses rotate daily according to the element of the day.

Fire.png Ataxia is weak to Water.png Stab.png

  • Ataxia's Preemptive Attack will attack the Party.
  • Ataxia will frequently apply a Damage Reduction Shield on itself; as such, Shield Breakers are very handy.
    • However, it can become Unbreakable occasionally; thankfully, the Damage Reduction is pretty low on the Shield.
  • Ataxia can inflict Taunt as well as a Sustained Debuff effect that Debuffs and inflicts damage every turn for 3 turns.
  • He's also got some attacks that can break Shields. He also likes to Buff every turn.
  • If you reduce Ataxia's DEF too much, he'll reverse his DEF Debuffs!
  • Avoid using Damage UP effects as Ataxia will counter by inflicting Damage UP on the Party.
  • Despite all of this, Ataxia's not too hard of a fight.

Water.png Fimbul is weak to Wood.png Hit.png

  • Fimbul will use its Preemptive Attack to self-apply a Sustained Buff effect and Buff itself as well.
  • Using Shields is ill-advised as Fimbul can break Shields and greatly Debuff anyone with one. On top of that, he'll inflict Damage UP!
    • When Fimbul breaks Shields, he "eats" them and builds up his Charge Level. This will then lead to a Release attack that will deal heavy damage and break Shields.
  • Fimbul will constantly Buff itself (very noticeable on higher difficulties); Be sure to bring Debuff cards or you'll be in for a world of hurt!
  • If you inflict Damage UP on Fimbul, he'll counter by attacking the Party and inflicting Blindness (this doesn't break Shields though).
  • Like Ataxia, Fimbul will constantly apply a Damage Reduction Shield. This has multiple ticks, but can also be broken. Shield Breakers will be useful.
  • Compared to the other Bosses, Fimbul is considerably more difficult to deal with.

Wood.png Raduga is weak to Fire.png Claw.png

  • Raduga will use its Preemptive Attack to attack the Party and self-inflict Confusion.
  • While Confused, Raduga's attacks can't miss! So Evasion Shields are useless here.
  • For the most part, Raduga acts in a repeating pattern.
  • He'll attack the Party first and also Buff his ATK to +5! (This is a telltale sign to his Attack next turn...)
  • On the next turn, Raduga will unleash a powerful attack! Bring Debuff Cards to try and reduce his ATK or utilize Iron Wall or strong Damage Reduction Shields.
    • On higher difficulties, this attack will very likely kill you if you don't Debuff or Shield yourself from this attack.
  • Afterwards, Raduga will use an attack that breaks Shields and Debuffs.
  • Sometime after that, Raduga will attack and Confuse itself again, repeating the Attack Pattern.
  • If you inflict Damage UP on Raduga, he'll Heal 10% HP and apply a Damage Reduction Shield.
  • Beyond that, there's not much to Raduga's mechanics.
