Ushering in untold levels of Power Creep, Dark Snow White is by and far the strongest Power-Up Enhancer yet, stepping up to a whole new level beyond even the recent 35/36 Cost Enhancers. Her gimmicks are pretty simple; She gets stronger based on the Party's Stat Total, so either being down in the Negatives or being fully Buffed will boost her Skill Power. If that weren't enough, she gets yet another boost if you happen to be Linking a Non-Girl card. So yeah, she's all sorts of busted.

The only bad news of course is that she's Super MAX Gacha limited and a whale card at that. That said, if you manage to nab her, she's excellent to utilize for a lot of stuff.
