Sub Skill

You get a 7% Skill Boost per Blue card, with a maximum boost of 35% for 5 Blue cards.
That said, it's very unlikely to hit the maximum boost and whatever you get is at the mercy of your Party, which makes Colt a bit unstable as a Sub.
