(If targets have no Buffs when this Skill activates, this effect fails to activate.) *When you target a single foe, Status Effects will NOT be cleared, but Buff Wipe Chance becomes 100%. A very interesting Heal Card, Saint Clare offers some powerful gimmicks. First off, Clare will clear the Party's Status Effects and then Heal them (making her a great counter vs Zombify). However, Clare's Healing is pretty low compared to a lot of Cards, so make sure to slap on Subs that can activate her Skill multiple times. Her main gimmick however lies in being able to wipe all enemy Buffs! By default, this is just a 50% chance to activate. But if you single-target a foe, then Clare won't clear Status Effects, but the Buff Wipe chance jumps to 100%! Needless to say, this can be pretty powerful against foes who love to constantly Buff.
