Cherub's Shield can be applied to the entire Party and has variable damage reduction based on its targets' HP.
At SL7, this can range anywhere from 45~85%, making it quite useful for high-level dungeons and PvP.
At full health, the Shield is a little bit weaker than your typical Damage Reduction Shield, but as noted, it really shines as you lose more HP, since it gets stronger to compensate.

At first glance, Cherub seems a bit weaker than your typical Damage Reduction Shield cards. However, as your targets lose HP, the Shield gains more Damage Reduction going anywhere from 45% to 85%. Thus, Cherub can be quite handy in keeping damage down, especially those allies who are low on HP.
Just a straight 15% Skill Boost to any God or Angel card. If you make a Straight+, it increases to 20%.
But that said, he'll only be put to any decent use on Support cards.
