The Drunken Version of Cat Sith works much like Star in that she clears the Party's Status Effects and self-applies a Sustain effect that can grant Status Reflect Shields to the Party. However, the primary difference is that while Star Heals the Party, Cat Sith Buffs the Party's ATK. What's more, the # of ticks you get on the Shield are tied to your ATK, so it's not turn-based like Star. Much like Star though, Cat Sith requires some skillful use, as the Status Reflect Shields can only be applied to an ally if they aren't inflicted with a Status Effect.
By default, Cat Sith buffs the Party's ATK by +1 every turn, with a decent 70% chance (at SL7) to give +2 ATK instead. Since the Sustained Buff effect is self-applied, it can be used in conjunction with other self-applied Sustain effects your Party may use.
Are you a gambler? Cat Sith grants a 0-60% Skill Boost to any Attack Card, giving potentially very random results. As with similar cards, the Skill Boost is randomized per attack, so you'll probably notice it on cards with multiple attacks.
Big Tiger is slang for Drinker.
