• On Skill Activation, self-inflicts -2 ATK.

One of the first 5x Attack cards, Cancer seemingly has a pretty good Skill, executing a 5x Bite attack. However, the drawback is that you also get Debuffed for -2 ATK whenever you use Cancer's Skill. As such, Cancer definitely requires some ATK Buffs to keep her up to speed.

• When Subbed with 3 Constellation cards, attacks are guaranteed to hit.

While Cancer was never saw too much use, her Awakening at least does make some improvements. The ATK Debuff is now gone and instead replaced with another gimmick; If you happen to have 3 Constellation cards Subbed to Cancer, then her attacks are guaranteed to hit! Beyond that though, Cancer is just straight-up damage. As such, it does make her a relatively strong Blue Bite card now compared to before.

Sub Skill

A weird Attack Sub, if your Stat Total is Negative, Cancer has a 40% chance to completely reset your Stats to 0. If it didn't require being on an Attack Card, it'd be pretty decent, but you typically want Skill Boosts for Attack Cards. On top of that, it only works if your Stats are in the negatives, so Cancer ends up being a dead Sub until then (and then you have to hope she goes off).

Awakened

Awakening drastically improves Cancer's Sub and gives you a 35% Skill Boost to any Attack Skill. The Debuff Wipe still remains with a 40% chance to activate, but it can also clear Status Effects as well if it goes off. As such, Cancer is actually a pretty good Universal Attack Sub now!
