Strategy
The bosses rotate depending on the element of the day.
Coyote is weak to
,
- Coyote opens with a strong Preemptive Attack and gives himself a Sustained Buff effect to buff all stats. Make sure to have a Preemptive Iron Wall to block the attack!
- He'll also apply a Sustained Debuff effect on your Party that will Debuff your Stats every turn for several turns. Then on the same turn, he'll follow up with an AoE attack. Sustain cards can be useful here to overwrite the Sustained Debuff effect.
- If he reaches +4 in all stats, he may wipe all his Buffs and unleash a powerful AoE attack that will most likely wipe your Party. Try to keep him Debuffed!
- Cards that can apply a Sustained Debuff effect like Rion and Vivian are very useful for dealing with Coyote and his Sustained Buff effect.
- Because of the constant Buffing/Debuffing Coyote does, it may be best to bring cards that neutralize or swap buffs such as Artemis, Makura-gaeshi, Leviathan, Konohana No Sakuya, Diamond, Beelzebub, Lucifer.
Shachiminator is weak to
,
, and Paralysis
- Shachiminator's Preemptive Attack will break though any Shields. Preemptive Shields can't save you from this attack!
- Every so often, Shachiminator will Charge up. Unlike some other bosses, Shachi does this rather infrequently, but if allowed to fully Charge to LvMAX, he'll unleash a devastating Release attack.
- If you manage to Paralyze him, this will force him to dump his Charges.
- As mentioned above, Paralysis cards can be useful, but Shachi will often counter this by curing his Status, breaking your Shields, and inflicting several Status Effects such as Confusion and Paralysis.
- Debuffs can be quite useful as Shachiminator doesn't buff his stats too much. Though if you Debuff him too much (at least -10 Stat Total), he'll wipe his Debuffs.
Grizzly is weak to
,
- Grizzly opens with a preemptive attack and also gives himself a Sustained Buff effect to buff all stats.
- He'll Buff himself every turn on top of getting buffs from his Sustained Buff. Every so many turns, Grizzly will reapply his Sustained Buff.
- Cards that can apply a Sustained Debuff effect like Rion and Vivian are very useful for dealing with Grizzly and his Sustained Buff effect.
- Grizzly basically acts in a repeating pattern. After Turn 3, his attack pattern will reset.
- On Turn 1, he'll just do a Normal attack (Below 50% HP, this changes to a 3x Attack and also Debuffs)
- On Turn 2, he'll use a Shield Breaking attack that Debuffs and deals 1.5x additional damage to anyone with a Shield on.
- On Turn 3, he'll unleash his Release attack that attacks multiple times and can deal quite a bit of damage! (Below 50% HP, this changes to add even more additional attacks. Beware!)
Rewards
This dungeon can drop materials used in Awakening System and Orb System. Also, high rank Marrons and Fairys may drop.
Additionally, special Limited Orbs may rarely drop that are specific to this Challenge Dungeon. (The higher the difficulty, the greater the chance they have to drop from the Boss.)
