Pretty similar to Robin Hood. By default, Akeginu is just an AoE Enhancer, allowing a Card's Skill to affect all targets. But if you're Linking with a Ninja card, then her Skill Power increases. If you chose to single target an enemy, then Akeginu activates the Linked Card's Skill 4x instead (though at greatly reduced Skill Power). Like Robin Hood, you get a guaranteed 4x activation, but only at 0.70x Skill Power (unless you Link a Ninja, then you get an extra boost). As such, she'll run into issues if you use the Multiply effect against strong Bosses.
That said, for a supposed 36 Cost, Akeginu is just not all that great. If you're not Linking a Ninja card, her Default values are just average and nothing special. Linking with a Ninja does greatly improve her Skill Power, but given how uncommon they are in the first place, it makes Akeginu pretty niche.
